     Thank you for telephoning me today morning to
share your news about the formation of corporation in
Italy, which is to work on the development of a
propulsion system similar to the one that is used in

flying to Tybet to study over there how propulsion

This is a photograph shown in Figure C2 from English treatise [7/2] (also on Figure N1 from monograph [1/4]). It shows an extraordinary technical device, called the "telepathic pyramid", which allows to utilise telepathic waves and mechanism of telepathy for communication on interstellar distances. The extraordinary attribute of this device is that it was given to humanity by an anonymous ally from stars - means by an extraterrestrial civilisation with a totaliztic philosophy. Telepathy - what is it:
Dictionaries usually describe telepathy as - quote: "telepathy - communication between mind and mind otherwise than through the known channels of the senses" (see page 1510 in the "Chambers English dictionary", 1989, ISBN 1-85296-000-0), or "telepathy - the supposed communication of thoughts or ideas otherwise than by known senses" (see page 1604 in "The Oxford dictionary and thesaurus", 1999, ISBN 0-19-861317-2.) In turn my own research, that result from a new scientific theory named the Concept of Dipolar Gravity (CDG) and that are supported by numerous empirical findings, state that telepathy is a very special wave of a purely magnetic character, which instead of the physical world, propagates in another world called the "counter-world". Descriptions of telepathy presented in subsection L6.3 of volume 7 in monograph "Totalizm", explain in details what this phenomena is, how it should be caused by biological and technical methods, how it can be utilised e.g. for interstellar communication between various civilisations or for construction of telepathic projectors that send information across free space with an infinitively high velocity, and what phenomena are accompanying the appearance of telepathy - thus how to distinguish and detect telepathic communication from for example an ordinary radio communication.

Notice that the Concept of Dipolar Gravity (CDG) by itself is also extremely interesting and worth reading: it turns out to be that Theory of everything searched by people for so long. For example it also explains what is, and where is located that "second world" to which we are shifting after our death and what is the nature of this world (after all, it is this second world that telepathic waves are propagating through it), how our soul and spirit work and look like, what we feel at the moment of death and during this shifting to another world, etc. Exact descriptions of CDG are provided in volumes 6 and 7 of monograph [8] "Totalizm".
Goal of this page:
The main goal of this page is to disseminate free of charge the results of research, as well as scientific publications, on an interesting phenomenon popularly called "telepathy". A most frequently encountered example of this phenomenon, is the communication between people that takes place without employment of any known physical senses. The mechanism of this phenomenon can be illustratively explained as a special kind of sound waves (or more strictly - vibrations of counter-matter), which (the waves) instead of our physical world propagate through a separate world called the "counter-world". In order to download to your computer a free scientific monograph [8] "Totalizm", which in subsection L6.3 of volume 7 assumed a honourable task of disseminating the knowledge on telepathy that so-far was unknown to people, you only need to click on one of the Web pages that in Menu are marked as "Text of [8]".
Almost the only publications fully scientific, which actually describe telepathy, are dictionaries and encyclopaedias. Therefore we believe that this phenomenon is equally exotic, and equally unexplainable, as ancient Gods. But it turns out, that there are scientists on Earth, who rationally research this phenomenon. I have the pleasure to be one of them. Therefore this internet Web site provides the information from the so-called first hand about this extraordinary phenomenon. Scientific monograph [8] "Totalizm", in which subsection L6.3 from volume 7 describes in details both the phenomenon of telepathy and empirical evidence which reveal its nature and mechanism, probably is the only "non negating" scientific publication written about telepathy, that was prepared by someone who actually researched it and even was able to explain what it is all about and which evidence support this explanation. Thus I am inviting you to have a look at this unique monograph [8].

Mechanism of telepathy:

According to descriptions contained in subsection L6.3 from volume 7 of monograph [8] "Totalizm", telepathic wave resembles a "sound wave from our world". This explanation stems from the scientific theory called the Concept of Dipolar Gravity (CDG). According to this Concept of Dipolar Gravity (CDG), all objects are simultaneously submerged in two parallel worlds of a physical nature, namely in our physical world, and in another world called the "counter-world" which is an equivalent to the world of spirits described by religions. But in this another world a different substance prevails, which drastically differs from the matter from our world. This substance is called "counter-matter". Its extraordinary attributes include, amongst others, that it is weightless, and that it displays the perfect elasticity. Thus if in this another world a new motion of an object is rapidly initiated, this motion must induce waves of vibrations of that counter-matter. These waves are similar to sound waves from our world - also initiated with a rapid motion of any object. These sound-like waves from the counter-world we are calling "telepathic waves". Similarly as this is the case with all other waves, also telepathic waves can be modulated, and we can impose on them various information of a speech type. Therefore they excellently suit requirements of telepathic communication. Because counter-matter is weightless and does not have an inertia, telepathic waves propagate with infinitively high velocity. Thus the telepathic communication devices have this in common, that they enable to communicate immediately in the real time, even if the distance between these ones who use this means of communication exceeds intestellar distances, or even intergallactic distances. Further details about the mechanism of telepathy, and also on technical devices which allow us to utilise it practically, are contained in subsection L6.3 from volume 7 of monograph [8] "Totalizm". Telepathy is only a next example of numerous mysteries of nature, which present orthodox science was unable to explain, thus in relation to which this science pretended, that such phenomena do not exist at all. Other such phenomena, the mechanism of which also is explained exactly in monograph [8], include:

1. State of telekinetic flickering. According to descriptions from subsection L6.1.2 of volume 7 monograph [8] "Totalizm", the state of telekinetic flickering is resembling a behaviour of picture in motion movie or on TV screen. The object that is subjected to such a flickering, in one moment of time exists in a physical form (i.e. as a physical object), while in another moment of time it transforms itself into a kind of energy pattern. Then the entire cycle of its changes is repeated. These transformations from the physical state to telekinetic state (i.e. to energy pattern) and back, are so fast that for example in UFO vehicles they occur with the frequency of around 2500 Hz. This is why the same UFO vehicle, which is shown in Figure K4 of monograph [1e] and in Figure O1 of monograph [2e], is actually visible simultaneously in two different areas of space. In the result, a UFO vehicle or a UFOnaut that are in this state, cease to be visible by human eyes (similarly as a fast spinning propeller in an aeroplane also ceases to be visible by human eyes). What is even more interesting, such a fast flickering UFO vehicle or a UFOnaut is able to penetrate through solid objects. In the result, whole UFO vehicles, and whole individual UFOnauts, are using this state in order to hide from people, and also in order to enter human homes without being noticed by anyone. Fortunately, there are still methods for detecting UFOnauts and UFO vehicles that hide from people in such state of telekinetic flickering. The most simple out of them depends on the use of an ordinary remote controller for TV set - see descriptions in subsection E6 of monograph [8] "Totalizm". If someone wishes to see a photograph of an UFOnaut that flies fast in such a state of telekinetic flickering (which allows this UFOnaut to penetrate through extremely thick walls of medieval castle in Malbork, Poland), then such a photograph is shown and explained on Web sites Malbork.20m.com, or Malbork.20fr.com. Please notice that a UFOnaut shown there is wearing a very colourful space suit.
2. Telekinesis. Imagine that you are able to move a reflection of any object in a mirror. Then, most probably, the motion of this reflection would cause that the original object would also need to move. Especially if light would behave like gravity forces. There is a new scientific theory called the Concept of Dipolar Gravity which states, that our physical world is only the first of two parallel worlds, in which every object is submerged. Apart from this physical world there is also another world, called the counter-world. Unfortunately, because our senses remain in the physical world, we do not see what happens in this other counter-world. It is a bit like with people swimming in a sea - because their eyes remain above the water level, they do not see that below the surface there is an entire underworld. But the counter-world is described by almost all religions - it is that one in which our spirit resides. Also the existence of this counter-world was proven formally by this new Concept of Dipolar Gravity through the investigation of behaviour of gravity field (this Concept determined that gravity is a dipolar field, like a magnetic one, thus this second pole of gravity must go somewhere, since it does not appear in our world - means that it goes into this other world). For more details on these matters see volume 6 and 7 of the monograph [8] Totalizm downloadable for free from this Web site. An extremely interesting fact that this new Concept of Dipolar Gravity established about the counter-world, is that practically every material object that exists in our world, have a duplicate in it (religions call this duplicate a "spirit"). To be more interesting, this duplicate can be moved with the use of capabilities of the counter-world. But when this duplicate is moved, the physical object must follow it (means when we move a "spirit", "body" must follow this spirit). This extraordinary type of motion, which is accomplished through moving firstly "spirits" of physical objects, is called "telekinetic motion". It is possible to build technical devices which are to produce such a motion. Several such devices is described in volume 7 of monograph [8] downloadable from here.
3. Nirvana. Dictionaries usually describe nirvana as a "state of perfect bliss achieved by the soul" that can be accomplished through practicing Buddhism or Hinduism. In turn my research and my personal experiencing of this extraordinary sensual phenomenon tell that nirvana is simply an overwhelming sensation of happiness that can be experienced by everyone - if the level of moral energy of this person exceeds the threshold value which I call the "nirvana threshold". The exact description of nirvana is provided in subsection A6 of monograph [8] entitled Totalizm that is downloadable free of charge from this Web site. 4. Magic. During my professorship in Malaysia and on Borneo I managed to carry out quite conclusive research on magic (both: white and black one). Various results of this research are also presented in monograph [8] "Totalizm", the copies of which can be downloaded from this Web site (the most wide description of magic is contained in subsection K5.7 from volume 6). As this turns out from this research, magic can be defined as "causing events in our world through programming their course in the counter-world". If someone learns the principles of magic, then its practical realization turns out to be relatively simple. Actually the principle of magic is based on similar mechanisms as principles of using dividing pendulum (see descriptions from subsection I3 in volume 5 of monograph [8]). The problem with magic depend on the fact, that UFOnauts that currently occupy planet Earth, spread amongst various cults the so-called "false magic". The false magic depends on the existence of invisible "middleman" - i.e. usually an invisible UFOnaut that operates in the so-called "state of telekinetic flickering", and it is this middleman who for various reasons, in the manner invisible for people, completes verbal orders of selected people in order to reinforce in people the belief that they have magical powers. In this manner UFOnauts gain power over these cults, and force their members to complete actions that serve well to their occupational interests on Earth. The majority of magic practiced by so-called "Cult of Satan", and by various cults of witches, actually is false magic - i.e. not a real magic. The real magic does not employ any invisible "middleman", while its effects result from the utilisation of laws of the another world, in monograph [8] called the "counter-world". Differences between the real magic, and a false magic, boil down to the manner of triggering magical events: false magic uses "spells" that trigger magical events (these spells are simply verbal orders given to invisible UFOnauts - they work only if near to a person who states such a spell there is an invisible UFOnaut who is going to complete the order, and also if this UFOnaut has some interest in completing an order from a given spell), while the real magic use above-threshold feelings that re-program the counter-world.
5. Miracles. According to the explanations of miracles provided by the Concept of Dipolar Gravity, and described in subsection K3.5 from volume 6 of monograph [8] "Totalizm", these are manifestations of open interventions of the universal intellect (God). As such, miracles must fulfil several conditions, for example real miracles always must be ambiguous, because otherwise they would deprive people the entire "amount of free will" that people have. I had a great honour to see myself several cases of miracles. Some of them I described in mentioned earlier subsection K3.5 of monograph [8] available from this Web site. Unfortunately, as many other phenomena, also miracles are frequently fabricated by UFOnauts that parasite on people, in order to support their occupational interests on Earth. In such case we deal with false miracles, which, amongst others, are characterised by a high unambiguity, and by a nearby presence of a UFO vehicle (this UFO vehicle sometimes may be noticed by crowds, as this happened during the famous "Fatima" event explained in monograph [8]).
6. Ghosts. According to the explanations of ghosts provided by the Concept of Dipolar Gravity (CDG), and described in subsections I4 and K5.1 from volumes 5 and 6 of monograph [8] "Totalizm", ghosts are simply manifestations of counter-material duplicates of physical objects. As the CDG explaines, each material object has an exact replica/duplicate contained in the counter-world. This replica/duplicate may sometimes manifest itself, and then we call it a "ghost".
7. Contactees. Totalizm explains contactees as people who receive telepathic messages from beings that populate other planetary systems. A technical device with the use of which this messages are broadcasted directly to the brains of contactees, is called a telepathic projector. Detailed description of this device is contained in subsection L6.3.4 of monograph [8] "Totalizm". Contactees so far were a phenomenon completely misunderstood by people. This happens in spite that humanity knows them since ancient times. For example all ancient so-called religious revelations actually were forms of this type of telepathic contact. In present times many contactees are exploited by UFOnauts, who with their assistance flood planet Earth with parasitic propaganda of UFO civilisation. Fortunately, there are also contactees, who receive telepathic messages from totaliztic civilisations that try to help humanity in our difficult position, but which have no physical access to Earth. These totaliztic civilisations utilise contactees to send to Earth so-called "supply of weapon", means information and technologies which are useful for our defence against evil parasites from UFOs that occupy our planet. Treatises, English [7/2] and also Polish [7B], that are available through this Web site, are actually reports from such telepathic contacts with totaliztic civilisations that try to help humanity.

My research indicate that telepathy can be induced technically and utilised in countless practical applications!

The most encouraging fact that is emerging from my research on telepathy, is that this extraordinary phenomenon can be produced with the use of appropriate technical device. In order to produce a technical version of telepathy, it suffices only to vibrate (means to accelerate and to decelerate) magnetic field. In turn this vibrating magnetic field is going to induce telepathic wave, onto which a useful information can be modulated. This possibility of technical inducing of telepathy opens the possibility of practical utilisation of this extraordinary phenomenon for countless applications. Let us list here the most important of such applications:
1. Telepathic communication. The technical manner of producing telepathic waves allows to build devices for telepathic communication. An example of such a device is the telepathic pyramid shown on the first (upper) photograph of this web page. English treatise [7/2], and also Polish monograph [1/3], describe in tiny details the exact construction and principles of operation of several different out of such telepathic devices.
2. Telepathic projectors. These allow users to send pictures and thoughts directly to minds of living creatures which can be physically located at any distance, including other solar systems. Thus they allow to induce visions (similar to these which various saints experienced on Earth in old days) in selected individuals from these other civilisations, and also to advice our allies that live within populations from other civilisations. More information on this subject is contained in subsection L6.3.4 of volume 7 in monograph [8] "Totalizm".
3. Telepathic healing devices. Telepathy is a phenomenon that is very similar to that one which healers use for healing human bodies. Therefore, after telepathic devices are developed, it will be possible to build various healing apparatuses, which are going to heal people without the use of medicine or operations, just by an ordinary exposure of their bodies to telepathic vibrations. Effects of such healing with telepathic devices are already demonstrated to various people on UFO decks. More information on the subject of telepathic healing is provided in subsections I4 and L6.3.4 of monograph [8] "Totalizm".
3. Telepathic detectors of earthquakes. Such earthquake detectors represent the most advanced application of telepathic waves. Their real operation is based on the principle, that incoming earthquakes generate telepathic waves of an extremely powerful amplitude. So these telepathic waves can be detected long in advance before the earthquake would strike, and utilised for warning people about an incoming disaster. Unfortunately the original such device, in present literature called "Zhang Heng seismograph", was destroyed. But a "look-like" replicas of it were reconstructed in 1951 and now can be seen in Beijing (Peking), China. One such a "look-like" replica of this wonder device is outside of China, exhibited in Wellington, New Zealand. However, because the exact operation of this device was misunderstood, the present replicas have a wrong internal design. Earthquakes detection device.
A photograph of the telepathic device for early detection of earthquakes (so-called "Zhang Heng seismograph"). It detects incoming earthquakes and rises alarms a long time before they strike. According to my personal estimates, it is at least 100 years more advanced than current seismographs, which are able to detect earthquakes only after these strike. You can see and study this extraordinary device in China and in New Zealand. The above one was photographed in New Zealand. The resolution by the internet list totalizm@hydepark.pl, on "exploitation of Earth by UFOnauts". A historic resolution was accepted on 24 March 2003. Because it directly concerns phenomena of telekinesis and telekinetic motion induced technologically by propulsion systems of UFOnauts, I am going to present it here. The painful and prolonged fate of this resolution is described more comprehensively in subsection A4 of monograph [1/4]. The voting on this resolution was carried out in very dramatic circumstances, under a significant external pressures, and with intensive sabotage of UFOnauts. During this voting UFOnauts demonstrated to the participants of the internet list the power of their occupational forces, and their control over the development of situation. However, although this resolution turned out to be a painful and expensive victory of totalizm, still it is a victory, and this is what matters the most. Here is the content of this resolution.
The exploitation of Earth by UFOnauts: the collective resolution of the internet list totalizm@hydepark.pl regarding official recognition of formal proof on the existence of UFO, recognition of the formal proof on the occupation of Earth by UFOs, and recognition of the magnocraft as a technical explanation for UFOs
We, 161 participants of the internet list totalizm@hydepark.pl, representing almost every area of life and almost every region of Poland, with a great concern observe the development of present situation regarding parasitic activities of UFOs on Earth. From one side we see the passivity of authorities and adverse of scientists towards increasingly larger problems that are induced by parasitic activities of UFOs on Earth, and we also see the growing tendency to ignore the prevailing collective opinions of majority of people and to base UFO-related decisions on claims just a few non-constructive individuals. On the other hand we notice the overwhelming accumulation of evidence on the continuous presence of UFOs on Earth, evidence of immoral interference of UFOnauts in our public life, and evidence of abductions of people to UFOs combined with biological exploitation of people in UFOs. We are also aware, that in 1981, in the Polish Journal Przeglad Techniczny Innowacje (no 13/1981, pages 21-23) for the first time a formal scientific proof was published, which stated that "UFOs are magnocraft". Starting from that moment, a growing number of scientific monographs is widely available for all interested, which formally prove the physical nature of UFOs, the parasitic interests of UFOnauts in Earth, the magnetic character of UFO propulsion systems, etc. Until present day these formal proofs transformed the knowledge on UFOs that is available so-far into a single consistent logical structure, proving via this structure that (1) UFOs do exist and they are material space vehicles piloted by morally degenerated relatives of people that originate from space, (2) that morally decadent owners of UFO vehicles occupy and exploit humanity in a hidden manner, and (3) that the design and operation of the space vehicle with magnetic propulsion called the "magnocraft" provides a complete and correct explanation for all technical aspects of UFOs. We are also aware, that very detailed descriptions of the magnocraft, as well as all scientific proofs that originate from magnocraft, are available in a number of scientific publications. Amongst these publications the most up-to-date is the scientific monograph [1/4] by Prof. dr Jan Pajak, entitled "Advanced magnetic devices" (4th edition, Wellington, New Zealand, 2003, ISBN 0-9583727-5-6). While being aware of all the above, and simultaneously knowing about responsibility that lies on our shoulders because of our representation of the cross-section of the entire society and all regions of our country, herewith we resolve the following.
#1. We resolve that we officially recognise the formal proof that states that "UFO vehicles do exist". We know that this proof, carried out according to the scientific methodology of "matching attributes", is published and distributed constantly starting since 1981, and that no-one managed to undermine the merit of it. By recognising the significance and validity of this scientific proof, we simultaneously declare and remind, that it has the binding power and that its conclusions, and awareness consequences, should be considered in action of every person on Earth. Especially binding this formal proof is for scientists and for UFO investigators, who on the basis of it have the obligation to undertake the constructive research of goals and manifestations of UFO activities on Earth.
#2. We resolve also, that we officially recognise merit of the formal scientific proof stating that "UFOs are magnocraft, which are constructed by technically highly advanced, although morally decadent, civilisations of evil parasites from space". We oblige everyone to respect the conclusions and significant consequences of this proof.
#3. Furthermore we resolve, that we officially recognise the formal scientific proof, that "morally decadent owners of UFO vehicles occupy our planet in a hidden manner, and secretly carry out a large scale exploitation of humanity". We oblige every citizen of our planet to encompass the seriousness of consequences of this scientific proof, and to initiate actions that gradually neutralise this occupation and exploitation of people by UFOnauts.
While resolving all the above, we simultaneously strongly encourage all interested, to urgently learn about scientific proofs contained in the monograph [1/4] indicated above, the official and popular recognition of which this resolution declares and also the multitude of consequences of which we are trying to realise with the assistance of this resolution. We also encourage to learn the design, operation, and propulsion system of the magnocraft, which is the space vehicle that represents an Earth's version of UFOs (means which displays all attributes of UFOs, carries the same operational capabilities as UFOs, and induces the same phenomena which are known from UFO observations).
While issuing this resolution, and granting to it the character of a true representation of our collective views and wishes, we simultaneously hope, that the resolution finally is going to initiate constructive actions and initiatives regarding UFOs, so long-awaited by the society. For example we hope, that it is going to inspire the undertaking of systematic research on UFOs by scientists and by people responsible for our security and our level of informing. We hope, that in all matters regarding UFOs the society starts to draw from collective wisdom and stops following the claims of wrong but noisy individuals, who probably are manipulated by these parasitic UFOs. We hope, that this resolution breaks through the impasse to-date which surrounded the progress of people's rational understanding of the reasons, multitude, and technology of morally degenerated aggressors from UFOs. We hope, that it is to make people sensitive about immoral, parasitic, and hidden character of all activities of UFOs on Earth. We hope that it points the attention of authorities at burning issues of the defence of society from evil exploitation by UFOs. We hope, that it makes everyone interested in the scar from identification implant of UFOs, which (the scar) the majority of us is having on a leg. We hope, that it is going to initiate more intensive observations of UFO activity in our living space, and that it realises that with appropriate methods and devices which are sensitive at fast telekinetic motion, literally tens of visually invisible, telekinetic UFO vehicles can be registered in our sky in every moment of time (these telekinetic UFO vehicles are usually referred to, as "rods"). We hope also, that this resolution inspires all people to undertake an active self-defence against cosmic aggressors from UFOs.
This resolution was taken on 24 March 2003, in the result of anonymous voting (which was based on pseudo-names) that was open for participants of debates on the internet list totalizm@hydepark.pl. The results of this voting was unanimous - the entire 100% of voting participants gave their votes for accepting this resolution. The participants confirm that the voting had anonymous character, thus the results represent an exact reflection of actual views and wishes of people that voted. In turn because voters represented the cross-section through the entire society and through all regions of Poland, and also because the text of what was resolved represents the collective opinion of voters, this resolution is representative for the stand, wishes, and feelings of significant proportion of citizens of Poland aware of the seriousness of current situation
